Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €9.90 per order for shipping.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €40.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Large bale feeders are shipped via freight forwarder - approx. €650, hay boxes, hay dispensers, and custom-made products are shipped via freight forwarder - approx. €165.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
International Deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs by shipping weight:
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of €80.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods will take place within 3 - 70 days, and international deliveries within 5 - 75 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Payment Details
For payment by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
For payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
