Choosing the correct hole size is crucial for the product's functionality. It should be selected to match the hay structure as well as the individual feeding behavior of the horse.
We recommend starting with larger holes and only reducing the size after an acclimatization phase.

An incorrectly chosen hole size does not constitute grounds for complaint.
